    10. April is Stress Awareness Month - a month dedicated to increasing awareness about the causes of stress and ways to control the stress in our lives.

Some people turn to drugs for a short-term fix for stress but drug use causes permanent damage to your brain (which just makes things worse), and can leave you with lifelong issues.  Feeling stressed? Here is a one suggestion to help you control it - Listen to Music.  Music has a tremendous impact on a person's state of mind. Classical music in particular is known to have a calming effect. Not into Classical? No problem.  Listening and singing along to any genre of music can be a major stress reliever and help to increase productivity.
