Registration and rules meeting dates are scheduled prior to the beginning of each season- THE FALL RULES MEETING FOR 2016-17 WAS HELD: IF YOUR STUDENT DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE FALL, HE/SHE MUST WATCH THE RULES VIDEO – please make every attempt to attend these scheduled events.
If you are unable to attend --Please plan ahead – a student should be registered to participate in a sport at least one week prior to the start of the season.
Please do not wait until the day the season starts to register.
Registration forms are available at: the rules meeting, the high school office, the middle school office, or your coach at the organizational meeting
Bring the above named forms to the high school office with your participation fee (checks should be made payable to Independent School District #309) HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS-$150.00 MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS -$60.00 FAMILY CAP - $500.00 Pay participation fees online at Pay School
All necessary forms and participation fees must be turned in (at one time) to the Activities Director or his secretary in the high school office.
Do not turn forms or money in to your teacher or your coach.
Do not mail forms to the office.
A receipt will be issued when all forms are completed and signed and participation fee is paid to the athletic director or athletic secretary.
One copy of the receipt goes to the coach/advisor.
One copy of the receipt is to be kept for your records.
No student/athlete shall be allowed to participate/practice until all paperwork is complete and fees have been paid.
