    Daily Bulletin for May 27, 2021

     

    1. Meeting reminder for the junior & sophomore Panthers First Student Mentors. There is a meeting Today in between both lunches, at 11:24-11:52am in the Auditorium. If you have a final at that time, please talk to one of the Panthers First teachers later today.
    2. Any girl with locks still on their gym lockers, must get them off today.
    3. Library books were supposed to be turned in last week. There are still a lot that haven't been returned.  Please remember to bring them back.
    4. Basketball players, there will be a Shooting Camp August 2-4. Informational flyers are in the office.
    5. There will be a July drivers education class offered through Lakes Driving School. Information sheets are available in the office.
    6. Happy Birthday wishes to the rest of the May birthdays. Tomorrow, Quinn Hoscheid.  Saturday, Shelby Billing-Kelly & Ben Buck.  Sunday, Hailee Hofmeister, Aiden Yliniemi-Hensel & Nadia Yliniemi-Hensel and on Monday, Kasen Girtz & Josh Moran.

    1. Yearbooks can be picked up during both lunches today in the concession stand.
    2. Female athletes need to turn in all locks to Mrs Goeden today.
    3. Library books were supposed to be turned in last week. There are still a lot that haven't been returned.  Please remember to bring them back.
    4. Basketball players, there will be a Shooting Camp August 2-4. Informational flyers are in the office.
    5. There will be a July drivers education class offered through Lakes Driving School. Information sheets are available in the office.
    6. Happy Birthday to Massie Lee, Brenda Yanez, Ricoy Ronnebaum & Taten Horton today!
    7. There are only 2 days of school left!

    2. Seniors, registration for Senior Slam begins at 8am tomorrow. You will load buses at the front door after that.  Buses will be leaving at 8:15 sharp.  Don't be late or we will leave without you and you will remain at school for the day.
    3. Seniors, if you ordered a yearbook, you can pick it up in the concession stand during 1st and 2nd lunches today. Underclassmen you will be getting your yearbooks later this week.

    1. Female athletes need to turn in all locks to Mrs Goeden by Wednesday.
    2. Library books were supposed to be turned in last week. There are still a lot that haven't been returned.  Please remember to bring them back.
    3. There will be no credit recovery after school this week. If you are currently working on a credit, please see the instructor for details on how to continue.
    4. Time is running out to vote for student council. Voting is open until noon. Juniors make sure to check your email again; you now need to vote for representatives.
    5. Basketball players, there will be a Shooting Camp August 2-4. Informational flyers are in the office
    6. Seniors, wear your college gear tomorrow. Represent the college you will be attending next fall by wearing any clothing you may have from that school.
    7. There will be a July drivers education class offered through Lakes Driving School. Information sheets are available in the office.
    8. The following people celebrated birthdays this weekend. Haley Nevala, Abby Kirlin & Morgan Stone had birthdays on Friday the 21st.  Jack Moses celebrated on Saturday the 22nd and Noah Phillippi, Ramsey Keezer & Ronaldo De La Cruz Gomez celebrated yesterday.  Happy Birthday everyone!

    1. Students - masks are still a requirement in school. It does not matter if you are vaccinated or not.  Please, we have 4 more student days after today, let's end the year strong.
    2. It’s time to vote for student council positions. Voting closes Monday at 8:15. Watch for 2 separate emails, with google forms, from Dotti.
    3. Any checked out library books should be returned today.
    4. There will be a July drivers education class offered through Lakes Driving School. Information sheets are available in the office.
    5. Happy Birthday to Aly Gapp & Alondra Miller today!
    6. There are only 6 days of school left!

    1. Congratulations to the boys and girls track teams for taking first place at the section true team meet yesterday. They will be competing next week at the True Team state meet.
    2. Students - masks are still a requirement in school. It does not matter if you are vaccinated or not.  Please, we have 5 more student days after today, let's end the year strong.
    3. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will have a chance to vote for next year's student council. If you would like to read what candidates wrote regarding what they have to offer, stop by the 900 hallway before you vote. Information is on the first bulletin board. Voting will take place later this week.
    4. The speech awards banquet will be tonight at Necce's from 6-8 pm. Please be early and dress for the occasion! It should be a special evening!
    5. Please return any checked out library books by this Thursday - May 20th.

    1. Seniors, please complete your Senior Slam paperwork and submit it to Mrs. Wagner in the media center, TODAY, if you plan to attend. You will not be allowed to go if your paperwork isn't received by the end of the day today.
    2. Summer Volleyball Clinic starts in June. Forms available in the office.
    3. Birthday celebrated this weekend were, Friday-Kaleb Stearns, Saturday-Erica Chilton & Sunday-Kaleigh Rivers. Happy Belated Birthday.  Happy Birthday to Sheldon Beaulieu, Leona Gartner & Nick Henry, today!

    1. Thanks to all who helped and participated in field day. With 18 points, the freshmen finished fourth. In a close contest, the seniors took third with 32 points while the sophomores placed second. The winners of the 2021 field day competition were the juniors with 41 points.
    2. Seniors, please complete your Senior Slam paperwork and submit it to Mrs. Wagner in the media center if you plan to attend. You will not be allowed to go if your paperwork isn't received. If you need another copy of the paperwork or have questions, please see Mrs. Wagner.
    3. Sign up for summer strength & conditioning as soon as possible, early bird pricing is only until Friday. Then the price goes up.
    4. Summer Volleyball Clinic starts in June. Forms available in the office.
    5. Happy Belated Birthday to Derek Ackerman & Christopher Bruce!

    1. We are having an orange and black day Wednesday with a pep fest in the afternoon. During the pep fest, we are having some different field day activities. Those activities include hula hoop, tug-of-war, wheelbarrow relay and maybe one other relay. If you would like a chance to participate for your grade, look for Mrs. Johnson in the morning or a student council member at lunch. Just put your name in the bucket, and if your name is drawn, you will be competing for your grade.All students in each grade are encouraged to put their name in the bucket. If you have questions, talk to Mrs. Johnson.
    2. After Wednesday's afternoon pep fest, there will be time to play and/or watch soccer and softball. If you would like to put a team together to play softball, sign up outside Mrs. Schroeder's office. Soccer and softball players--you are responsible for all your own gear. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Johnson.
    3. Student council application slips need to be in by Wednesday. Please get your info to Mrs. Johnson.
    4. Seniors, please complete your Senior Slam paperwork and submit it to Mrs. Wagner in the media center if you plan to attend. You will not be allowed to go if your paperwork isn't received. If you need another copy of the paperwork or have questions, please see Mrs. Wagner.
    5. Stop by the aquarium on Wednesday, May 12 at 8:00 AM for information and a meeting if you are interested in running Cross Country this coming fall. If you can’t make it, stop by Mr. Richard’s classroom.
