    Notes and Such for May 26, 2021

    Students/Staff:

    1. Today’s Menu: Cook’s Choice and milk variety.
    2. Tomorrow’s Menu: Cook’s Choice and milk variety.
    3. First graders go to Heartland Park on May 26 for their end of the year picnic. (back up is 5/27)
    4. Fourth graders go to Depot Park May 26.
    5. The pre-school picnics are at Heartland Park May 26 & 27.
    6. Kindergarten graduation will be May 27.
    7. The graduating class of 2021 will walk through Century at 8:30 May 27. Let’s cheer them on and wish them well in their future endeavors!!
    8. May 28 is the last day of school. It is an “A” day.  Meet the teacher will be at 9:15 and will last 15 minutes.  Dismissal will be at noon.  Please send report cards home with students.
    9. High school graduation is May 30.
    10. Memorial Day is May 31.
    11. Happy Birthday to these summer birthday friends. Please let us know if you need our help celebrating!

    5. May 25, the second grade will be “tent teaching”. They will set up by their pod.

    8. The pre-school picnics are at Heartland Park May 26 & 27.

    Health Tip of the Week:  Be mindful.  Reduce your sugar intake.  Get your health appointments scheduled.  Try meditation.  Give up smoking.  Consider biometric screening.  Shop the perimeter of the store.  Give a plant-based diet a try.  Journal.  Eat fermented foods.  Don’t drink your calories.  Enjoy the summer and enjoy a little R and R.

    2. Third graders will visit the museum on the morning of May 21 (Bone, Hillesland).
    3. Second grade will go to Hubbard County Museum as well: May 25 - Lunak 9:30-11:30
    4. First graders go to Heartland Park on May 26 for their end of the year picnic. (back up is 5/27)

    1. Today’s Menu:  Chicken tator bowl, mashed potatoes, corn and milk variety.
    2. Tomorrow’s Menu: Bosco stick, broccoli, oranges and milk variety.

    4. Third graders will visit the museum on the mornings of May 20 (Seehafer), May 21 (Bone, Hillesland).

    6. Field Day is today!!! Remember to send someone down from your classroom to get popsicles when you get done.  We’ll hand them out in the office this year.
    7. For those interested in joining the Junior High Girls TennisTeam in the fall, please go to the Cafetorium for an informational meeting at 8:15 AM, May 20. This is for those who will be in 5th-8th grade NEXT year.

    2. The spring book fair is virtual this year. The dates are May 3-16.
    3. First graders to Itasca State Park 17 (Nelsen Erickson).
    4. All books must be returned to the library by May 14.
    5. Third graders will visit the museum on the mornings of May 14 (Molenaar, Baumgartner), May 20 (Seehafer), May 21 (Bone, Hillesland).
